711-A2 Nesslerizer System
Available Now! the 711 Nesslerizers systems are ideal for testing the color of water. This instrument can be used to measure 5 ranges of the color of water (APHA, Pt-Co Color, ASTM D-1209. The color standards in the discs are guaranteed to be permanent and scratch-free.
Includes
- 711-A2 Nessler Body
- Set of 2 Nessler Tubes
- Nessler Illuminator
Designed for measuring unsaturated samples that are below the sensitivity of a normal, hand-held comparator system, the 711 Nesslerizer System employs longer pathlengths that make it possible to accurately match samples that produce very pale colors visually.
The built-in magnifying prism allows the user to easily view the glass color disc standard and the sample to be matched side-by-side. Glass plungers eliminate distracting miniscus curvatures. Correct lighting conditions are essential for accurate color comparison.
The Nessler Illuminator provides a constant and stable light using a tungsten halogen lamp and a calibrated color temperature correction filter guaranteeing correct lighting conditions 24 hours a day. This means that reliable test results can be obtained at all times, and under all ambient light conditions.
Features
- Long path lengths allow for the visual measurement of parameters in which very pale colors are produced such as the color of water and low ranges of chlorine
- An integrated prism brings the “sample” and “standard” together into one field of view
- Simple one button press operation (the light is on only when you need it to be) increases bulb light
- This guarantees correct lighting conditions 24 hours a day
- Ergonomic design that allows Nesslerizers to be used in a comfortable position
