The Microsart AMP Extraction kit is developed for the isolation of mycoplasma DNA from different types of sample material, i.e. cell cultures and cell culture supernatants. The kit was especially designed to complement the Microsart AMP Mycoplasma, Microsart ATMP Mycoplasma and Microsart RESEARCH Mycoplasma qPCR kits and to provide best performance in means of sensitivity and robustness for the detection of mycoplasma within a test sample.
