Vivaspin Endotest is a single-use ultrafiltration device for endotoxin concentration and removal of interfering substances from liquid samples for LAL testing. The Vivaspin Endotest is certified as endotoxin-free and is available with a cellulose triacetate membrane that has a molecular weight cutoff (MWCO) of 20,000. Due to its centrifugal design, Vivaspin Endotest enables parallel testing to minimize hands-on time. Vivaspin Endotest can effectively be used in either swing-bucket or fixed-angle rotors that accept 50 ml conical bottom centrifuge tubes.
